It's easier than you think! First select the item(s) you want. Then pick your breed...you may have to scroll the pull down menu quite a bit to find what you are looking for. (If you want to see the breed you are interested in, use the Breed lists at the bottom of the left hand navigation menu first.) Then use the other pull down menus to select other options like trim colors and backgrounds.

If you are adding a personalized message, you will have to add it to the cart separately from the item you are purchasing. There is a space at check out to add any special instructions or comments to your order.

To submit a photo for a photo order, please email a high resolution digital image to mk@zeppastudios.com or snail mail a COPY (at least 4x6 inches) of your photo to P. O. Box 437, 4183 Eggleston Road, Pearisburg, VA 24134. PHOTOS ARE NOT RETURNED. Please be sure the image is representative of how you'd like the animal portrayed. Zeppa Studios reserves the right to reject any photo for quality purposes and will ask for another to be submitted. Custom work is not returnable.

Remember to visit the Project Rescue page to get a coupon code for a 10% discount on your order. 20% will go to the Rescue Organization whose code you elect to use.

Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept personal checks and money orders drawn on U.S. Banks.

All transactions on line are processed via a Secure Server.

For Custom/Special orders, your card is charged at the time of order processing and shipment will be from 4 to 8 weeks.

You will receive an automated e-mail response/copy of your order. Please review it for accuracy as it is the exact same copy we will receive to process your order. If you find any errors...just call or e-mail the corrections. If we find an error or have a question, we will send an email to you.

Shipping Info:
All of our items are made to order in our Studios. Fur Children® Gifts usually ship within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Hand Painted Gifts usually ship in 4 to 6 weeks. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to confirm that it can be delivered in time.

We ship via UPS or Priority Mail for orders in the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and the shipping method you select (Express shipping is an option for both UPS and USPS). PLEASE be careful which method you choose...ie don't pick international priority if you are in the USA, don't pick UPS if you want to use your PO Box, etc.

We suggest, to get the best price, comparing shipping options...you can do this at checkout with the change shipping options link. For orders over 5 pounds we find UPS ground is usually cheaper than priority mail, but it depends.

All on-line retail orders for delivery within the continental USA over $200.00 get FREE ground shipping.

For International shipments, we use the US Postal Service. Again shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and the service speed you select.

Anyone who would like to use a different shipping method than what we offer (your own FEDEX account or such), should contact us for pricing and availability.

Return Policy:
We would just like to add that all of the items we offer...from a custom painted Ceramic Canister to one pack of Rubber Coasters...are made for you by us. We'd like you to be happy with what we (real folks here) did, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. We are unable to refund shipping charges on the orders.

Custom orders (multiple breeds, personalized, etc.) are not returnable for any reason other than damage and only for a replacement. Please make sure all custom requests and peronalized message are clearly printed on your order.

If you receive something damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier and then our offices.

Sales Tax:
Virginia Residents are charged 5% sales tax on the order and the shipping charges. For other residents, no tax is charged.

Gift Orders:
We can provide gift cards with your message, for orders shipped to other addresses as gifts.

Ordering from our new Apparel Annex:
If you want to order our new Fur Children® or Club Lab™ apparel, you will order directly from cafepress.com/zeppa and cafepress's terms and conditions are posted there. Zeppa Studios does not handle the fulfillment of any orders placed at the annex...we don't collect the money, we don't ship the items, etc. Cafepress.com will handle all of that, and you can feel secure ordering from there either on-line or by calling them.
