What’s a Zeppa?
Since
1989, Zeppa Studios has been creating unique animal themed giftware
and accessories featuring original artwork by studio founder,
M. K. Zeppa.
M. K., (short for Melissa Kaye) a dog and horse fancier since
birth, graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors from Wellesley College
and holds an MFA from Pratt Institute. Starting Zeppa Studios
was the perfect way to blend animals, art and a career.
When she's not working, M. K. can be found on a horse or training
her Labradors, Gator, his son, Snake and NEW arrival, Gator's
grandson Hawk (Snake's nephew). Hawk is 8 weeks old in this
photo.
